The Sealing Ceremony is unsuccessful. The portrait rips and Prince Yangmyeong barely manages to confine the Demon in Ha Ram’s body. Ha Ram and Cheon Gi run away to a safe place, but Prince Joohyang uses Cheon Gi’s father to lure her out and Cheon Gi ends up getting caught. Ha Ram and his bodyguard Moo Young tries to save Cheon Gi and her father, but her father dies after getting hit with a poison arrow.
