MasterChef judge Gregg Wallace and greengrocer Chris Bavin spy on Maidenhead couple the Stantons, who turn out to be spontaneous shoppers - not only do they have no list and buy a lot of pre-chopped fruit and vegetables, they also don't purchase frozen food - and it seems that everything three-year-old daughter Sophia points to goes in the trolley.
