One year later, Dong Yi now has a son and the Queen thinks that the Crown Prince should be changed to Dong Yi's son. Then, Dong Yi and the King decide to open a welfare office to help the poor. She goes out in disguise and help to distribute the food. When the head of welfare office is found murdered, the Southern Faction are being blamed. Then, Jang Moo Yeol, who is an Inspector General arrives to investigate the murder.
